You seem like a very experienced old man around the forum. Why not? We have massive openings for valuable signature campaign managers. But there's seems to be one problem, the campaign owners can't afford you so it will be better if you compromise on your rates and post the rates in your op, I know this is a bummer but hope you understand.

No one will hire a "Newbee" for signature compaign manager simply because newbee comes with lack of trust..I would advice you to first become familiar with this forum and have some experience and become at least "Full Member"..Till then lock the thread and reopen when you are ready!

1) No you have no experience managing a campaign, if you mean you have been in a campaign, nearly 90% of the members(active) here have it.
2) You are a newbie, so you can easily manipulate post count for someone, for some profit for yourself. And you have nothing to lose when you are outed.
3) You haven't shown which type of posts you will be counting.

This is more or less , same thing as opening an escrowing service without any reputation. Hence, if you don't lock this thread, I will give a negative rating and will inform DT members to do the same

Giving a negitive rating to a newbie is not a good idea this may ruin his trust before he starts in this forum , ofcourse he should get better rank before offerring his service.

You're not experienced for mantain a signature campaign. Why don't you wait at least 8 month (so you will become Sr.Member) and then try to manage a signature campaign? You don't know nothing about the forum !
