I think for most gambles Poker isn't fun to play online. Its generally best played in a casino with a cigar and a malt in the other hand. No fun playing with the mouse. If there was more demand, I am sure the graphics would be better.

Yes I agree, poker is fun to play when you see the faces of your opponent at least with that you can see if they are bluffing or telling the truth. Also in the casino you can get free drinks and that is what I love about it. For me I don't play in casino that much, because I am not a pro or something. I play with my friends 100 bucks each person and that is nice.

Agreed... It's more fun to actually fiddle with the cards... No fun clicking.

Never played in real casino, but I can imagine how fun it would be. We can know what "poker face" it is actually how bluffer made their face to take down another player and how cool player kicked bluffer  etc.
The problem on poker sites itself small community that make small player , also they did not provide an easy access, mostly we have to download a software and we don't know how safe their software once get installed in our computer.

This is one of the biggest issues. Can poker be played online ? Yes. Is it fun and as engaging as offline? No. This combined with the lack of players and the overall quality of the players really makes the online experience shit. It is also a lot easier to cheat online especially on Freerolls using VPS.
It can still be fun to time for a few games.

If I play poker in the computer I just never play it offline I just play the demo of the game.
Why? Because I don't really trust playing online and is not that much fun with it.
I like talking to people and not chatting that is the most important to me to connect with people.

Playing online is fun you know, you can just play watching movies or eating your favorite food.
I see why people go to normal casino to play poker, because in online game you can see there poker face.

Poker should be a "personal affair" Smiley. Playing online is just too impersonal for my taste. Also, agree about ugliness of graphics.

I still use to play poker on facebook, maybe this is because it loads faster than bitcoin base poker sites which doesn't also look real unlike having the real table players.
Do you guys think FIRST PERSON POKER site is possible to create, I like to feel the cards are laid in front of me.   Would love to see if it already exist though.

i have played both in real and online poker the difference is if you are playing poker online in casino, 99% you will be in loss but if you are playing poker with online real players then their are chances of winning with your skill,

but playing in real is more fun, see the cards and watching the opponents face and the way they play, the nervousness and lot of things while chating and drinking and eating , playing poker is really fun.

I agree that poker sites tends to be a little 'minimalistic' and looks like game straight from windows 95 sometimes. But that is not the main problem for me.
I feel bitcoin community is not fond of poker and we prefer non pvp games like Dice, Black Jack, Slots etc. That is the main reason for pool player base of poker room.

Yeah but in casino you can also play with the same of your skills. If you are playing with the pro's then goodbye money.
I like more in casino even I would lose I have more fun with it.

I am not a good poker player myself, so I have no idea why poker sites are not that great. We have some pretty awesome dice or other casino games tho.
By the way, which are the best places to play poker for bitcoin? The ones which doesn't suck that much? There should be some decent options. Any recommendations?

lol I do agree with you. They don't look good, but for me the concern is still the player base.
I really don't understand why they look so ugly though. I only require a good interface that lets me play for some hours straight without hurting my eyes... that can't be so hard to achieve, but apparently it is.

You've highly mistaken. What poker sites do you even play on? Have you played  on  https://777coin.com/poker.php  or  https://fortunejack.com/ ? The crappy player base to an extent is okay but not really the matter to be considered for judging a poker site . Try playing poker the mentioned sites above .

well in general most of online poker sites looks ugly except full tilt and 888 where you can throw food on your opponents  Grin
but that's not a big deal , in my experience the biggest problem in btc sites and the sites that accept US players in general is the lack of players , we need to introduce btc to more gamblers
sadly Pokerstars is dominating the market but their new VIP program may make some of their players search for another site

What sites do you play on? FastDice, PrimeDice, and most of the popular gambling sites are all made so that the graphics are, at the very least, decent. Minimalistic and "windows 95" aren't the same thing; minimalistic designs tend to be a lot more easier on the eye.

Try to Google "Touchable 3D holograms" Smiley. At this moment it's still Star Trek stuff, but maybe in a few decades it could turn to reality.
