It is completely misleading your reader, because the 0.5btc is not purely free. It is a deposit bonus with 35x rollover..So I think its better if you change the info.

obvously these listing are for getting some affiliate commission. There is also no rating feature for visitors so owner seem to adding and ranking site based on commission.

You can upload an image on imgur and use the tag [img ]     [ /img].But you cannot upload them right now as you're a newbie account and you have restrictions.
Use this tag to enter your link [url ] [/  url].This should work but again restrictions.

Just saw the site today. It looks very nice and I saw some of the sites reviewed. I usually like websites like this, since there are so many new gambling sites, so it's normally good to be able to go to a website and get some solid reviews. I do see a problem on your "Bitcoin Betting" section, as I see no mention of directbet, and they are huge in the sports betting market. There are many big sports betting sites missing from that list, I just mention directbet because is  the one I use, but nitrogensports and cloudbet etc, are also quite big and many times refered on this forum, so they should be there.

The same goes for bitcoin casino, I think CoinRoyale should be there.

Also you could have some voting systems for the sites you list there. Many sites like yours offer the "admin" review and "users" review (or vote).

Good points, will start looking to DirectBet, Nitrogensports and Cloudbet. Also CoinRoyale. Our site is launched just few months ago so we are building it slowly...but steadily
Voting system is also something we will look into. Many wordpress voting systems just don't work the way we would want to...but when we find (or create) a good one, voting could be there soon!

Very good site .How are you writing the reviews though ? Have you personally tried out all the casinos and the on your conclusions the review is written ? You still have to cover up a lot of websites .You could make another section for review on different gambling games like plinko/bigorg which are not typical casinos/poker.
