Looks like a scam. Will remove accusation and negative trust if proven otherwise.

Yeah.. I got an email from this seller stating that they would "agree" to me sending half the bitcoin first and then when I received I could send the rest. Yeah.... right.   STAY AWAY!!

This. Once you email back stating that it was a scam they simply no longer respond.

There are multiple posts on Reddit. Stop scamming during the holidays people.
