Can anyone tell me where I can get my hands on some to mine with and learn how to program these for other crypt o currency's. I know jals are on way out but I would like to get my hands on theses and maybe re program to suite others too.

The time for purchasing an FPGA for mining is long past.  If you wanted to buy one anyway to program on, then here are some specs:
