We get paid for our products in some cases via venmo, is there anyway to get this over to btc, so we dont have to claim taxes and such?

For trusted venmo exchangers try paxful, I have done a few trades there and I haven't had any issues. The fees might be high but you won't get scammed unlike here, from what I saw most people here will scam you for venmo.
