Hello to all.
I have stumbled upon a kind of problematic situation the past days.
I deposited btc to my intersango account, sold them and tried to withdraw in euro using a sepa transfer. Until now all is working as supposed to.
The problem starts when a lot of days passed and my transaction is still at a "Requested" status instead of sent.
I opened a ticked of course yesterday and waiting for the answer. Its probably nothing but i am asking if anyone else has problems this time with transactions.

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

There are others reporting withdrawal delays.  The requests are being processed just not in what might be considered a timely manner:

Perhaps they will let you cancel your withdrawal request, to where you could then buy back the bitcoins and send them to another exchange that will send the funds sooner.

I think they handle a lot of their withdrawals requests manually, or at least this was the case for UK accounts when they had one.  So its not unusual for them to take a few days to actions it.  Ask them on thier IRC channel on freenode, they are normally happy to help.  However I think they are currently going through court due to some mass legal action against Bitcoinica they have somehow been dragged into it. This may account for the delays in your withdrawal.....

I got a reply. " There is a backlog.  It is being cleared."  i guess that what stephen gornick wrote is true.  I wasnt used to such delays from intersango and was wondering if anyone else was experiencing that. I will have to wait and see when .  thank you for your replies
