Which country's bank you are talking about ? There is also one citizen bank in my country
But i guess you are not talking my country bank. So it would be better if you can reveal the country name

From what I know in the US you can buy BTC from so many different locations using cash, ATMS, Transfers and so many other ways, why would you bother coming here, there's a huge chance you might get scammed or you won't even find anyone willing to help.
