So after almost a full day of mining... here is my data.  I noticed there are a lot of HWs... and is my Work Utility too low?  If so... how do I fix this?

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

hwAverage hashrate: 14425.8 Mhash/s   what gear are you mining? 3 usb sticks?

if so the hw's of 15000 are really high

Yes, I'm using three USB sticks (Avalon Nano 3).  They're rated at 3.6 Gh/s, but CGMiner is showing me 4.8-5.0 sometimes.  Maybe this is too fast so it's messing up?  I'd probably be more efficient at a lower hash rate with more correct outputs, right?

If you can lower freq do so.

I've been looking for a way to lower the frequency in CGMiner.  I can't use BGMiner at all, it doesn't pick up the USB Devices.

I use --icarus-options 115200:1:1 --icarus-timing 0.22 in my startup line.  Is "timing" the frequency?  If so, should I change the number?  I feel like I've tried EVERYTHING.  Any advice?

There is a support thread for them.

I truly had a lot of issues with them and decided to give the few I had away.
