Hello, I am urgently seeking to buy 30 USD worth of Bitcoins. I have some spare funds on my paypal so will be using this. I would rather not go first unless i deem you trustworthy enough. However I am always happy to use an escrow we both agree on.

I can sell you $30 worth of BTC measured from preev.com for $38 paid as goods and service given that your answer below questions before we deal:

1. Is your PayPal account Verified & on your name? I would need your selfie holding your ID to verify this.
2. Are funds in your PayPal account legit? I would need screenshots of how you obtained these funds + all cases screenshot from your PayPal's resolution center.
3. You promise to never charge back this payment once you receive BTC ?
