1) You are charging 10% on return, not just 10% on profit. Taxing profit is extortionate anyway, taxing the whole return is laughable
2) You claim to be 'always on skype', then you say

Aside from the poor attitude, you understand that this means you simply aren't available. You say the advantage of your service is these little in-play bets (next goal 10 minutes etc.) but if you're not on skype ready to go then it's worth nothing. Your potential customers will surely be based in different time zones and you can't be awake and available 24 hours a day. What hours are you actually available?
3) There are much better options - off the top of my head, bitcoin sportsbooks (markets are actually very large, you just haven't done your research) and traditional bookmakers via neteller (0% fee - again, no research). Also, bet365 has a very good VIP program. Even if you find limitations with these options, I can guarantee that anyone has a better chance of making profit elsewhere than with your fees, limited availability and untrustworthiness.
4) Just plain sketchy - no guarantee, no transparency, no research
5) Rubbish attitude. You're running a service but you have poor customer service. These are the people you should be convincing to use your service and you're treating their questions and concerns like they don't matter to you. Why should anyone use your service?
Moreover, this seems like the sketchiest way to bet with bitcoin in an industry which is becoming legitimate - as another user posted fiat bookmakers are starting to add bitcoin compatibility
