i received two messages in my email that inform me some one tried to login to my blockchain account 
the problem i activate SMS verification everytime want to login my blockchain account i get an SMS
but when this 2 IPs try to login to my account didnt get any SMS verification

they can access to my account and stole my BTC ??
i really tired to earn som BTC by offering banners design services here in BITCOINTALK forum
now i'm scared if they can access to my account and stole my BTC     

i add second password in last few minutes to increase security
whats your suggestion ?! do u advise me to send all my BTC to my coinbase account ?
please need help for this problem before they stole my BTC

If your passwords are strong and you have SMS verification and email verification enabled, then you should be safe. As long as they can't guess your password and get into your account, then your Bitcoin is safe. You could also enable IP whitelisting and only allow connections to the whitelisted address, but this can be problematic if you have a dynamic ip address.

yes i have dynamic address ip  scared if i add Whitelist ips and cant login again
cuz sometime i get Ip for example 100.200.1.1   and sometimes i get 200.50.1.1

How this hacker knew your blockchain wallet identifier !
To be sure your bitcoin are secure, I recommend you to create another wallet and send all your btc to it and apply 2fa

Coinbase is fine, I used it for months without any problems.
You can use any wallet you want it will be safer that that blockchain web wallet that is under attack by that hacker

Best solution is to move your bitcoin to another wallet, i recommend bitcoin core or electrum.
If you want to use coinbase then it is fine too with the advantage of free transactions up to 25/day but you don't have control of your private keys

yes i move some BTC to e-coin and coinbase just hope will not get attack again in this wallets

i agree with you but i have too slow internet connection and the desktop wallets need good internet connection to be updates with blocks

i have kaspersky paid version but didnt find any malware or viruses maybe this antivirus cant find them if really in my computer !!
i'm using windows 8 it new for me when i chek " Gestionaire des taches " i'm seeing many programs runing like UIExec32, Dynamiclinkmediaserver.exe, CancelAutoPlay_byt ( 32 bits ), srvany ( KM services ) .....

are this programs legit and safe ?

The good thing is you have phone or 2fa on.  Honestly that might have saved you.  Are those different than your IP?   (I'm guessing so).

If they are different they might now have access to your PC, but somehow got login.  Do you log in at any public WIFI, or somewhere not at home? Or do you surf/download any "bad" sites?

If you use the password for anything else I would change it on a computer you know is secure, so they cant get anything.  And I would change password to hot wallet aswell.  But again the part about being a safe and not compromised computer is key or your doing it all and it could be for nothing.

The same happened to me as since past few days, I am also getting emails to my id asking to put in that code to login as I have enabled 2FA for my account...

I just formatted my laptop and everything is fine now...

Bloclchain security is just a big pile of joke
It's really easy to hack since they have lots of securoty vulnuberality (not sure if i spelled that right)
I used to own coins on blockchain with secondary password and 2FA
Guess what
THEY MANAGED TO BYPASS THE 2FA
They took few of my coins that way
Anyway, i now using desktop wallet which work flawlessly

It sounds like your computer is defected with some viruses or trojans. So first, move all your btc to another wallet and I recommend you to use mycelium wallet if you have an android device.
Secondly, format your PC and install a pure , clean operation system.
