Best Miner Hosting Service

Where I'm at I pay .083 kWh during the winter, but .10 kWh during the summer.  I'm thinking of investing a little more into purchasing 2 more S7s.  When summer comes along, I really don't want to put these inside the house for noise purposes.  What hosting service is everyone using these days?  I've found a couple, but wanted to get some first hand accounts on who the "go to" guys are.  Thanks!
