Natural Wote Konga is produced by 600 small-lot farmers, including many members of the Worka Cooperative in Yirgacheffe.  Only the best fruit is selected and dried on raised beds.  after the process, the lot is carefully sorted for quality.  the effort produces an intense flavor of blueberry, honeydew, and smooth chocolate body.  this Natural Processed Yirgacheffe was purchased from farmers who were pre-financed, so exporters were able to acquire this outstanding coffee outside of the ECX.  Only pre-financed farms can operate outside this channel.

In brief, the other coffees are "wet processed" or "washed" (pulp of the coffee berry washed off after being picked).  This is the most widely used method, which is why I don't see those details provided as often. 

"Natural" or "dry" processing is only feasible in certain regions and certainly requires more human resources to sort the coffee by hand.  The result gives a distinctly "cleaner" lighter bodied coffee, where the fruit flavors are much more present in the cup.  Highly sought after by those that enjoy it. 

I'll ask the roaster if they can provide more details on the rest - will update on any info received.  Thanks for your interest!
