Why sell it when it's loaded already with $1,500 worth of funds?
For sure you will sell it low since you wan't to sell it fast, but again it doesn't make sense to sell a Paypal account preloaded with $1,500 worth of funds. It just doesn't add up. #SCAM

Paypal account can be used in 90 % places in the world.so if you have $1500 dollars on it and you are the owner you will spend it yourself and not be selling it . So i am pretty sure its a hacked account .few days ago he was trying to buy a members account : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1300990.0
