When you joined Flexybit you would have created a deposit address that would have given you a certain multiplier over a certain amount of time. At the end of that period you would receive your payout. It is not every hour or day.

If you enter your bitcoin address on the Flexybit homepage it brings up your transactions and a countdown timer to payout.
