https://bitcoin.org/en/ is a good starting point

I DO NOT TRADE OR ACT AS ESCROW ON THIS FORUM EVER.
Please do your own research & respect what is written here as both opinion & information gleaned from experience. many people replying with insults but no on-topic content substance, automatically are 'facepalmed' and yawned at

Id personally recommend this forum :3

Read around. Take a look at people's responses, especially in the economics section, and the mining section. Once you get acquainted with bitcoin, you can get into the technical discussion, and maybe if you have some coding and API knowledge, you could advertise on micro earnings.

Hey and welcome, if you want to know more about Bitcoins just browse the forums entirely. There are specific sections you might want to visit depending on your interests.

Welcome.  Just like anything else there is a learning curve and you have come in at a time when most regular users have at least a year of knowledge under their belt.  Some of the things that you will learn is that offline wallets are safer, people will cheat and scam you out of Bitcoins, no matter how professional a website looks it could fail or runaway at any time and the old adage "If it looks to good to be true, it probably is."

Welcome to the forum. Lack of knowledge of some of the most basic bits of info can hold you back, smf people writing guides may assume that everybody knows them. This forum is a good place to  find that info, and move on through that barrier.

From my perspective and I am also relatively new to issue, the most disappointing news was that there exist limit on how many transaction could be processed by network per  time, keep this in mind. Other than that crypto are great.

In my pursue for understanding the issue I found this pic very useful

Welcome, this is a great forum.  However, should you transact in the marketplace, please be sure to use escrow no matter how little the amount.   Most sellers are great, but if it sounds too good to be true, it most definitely is.

Everyone recommending this forum are correct. There is a lot of information here and it's one of the places I first learned to use Bitcoin. However, if you're looking for something a little more step by step, I started a website recently to help people get into Bitcoin. It's not complete yet, but maybe it'll get you started. Feel free to give it a look.
