An incredibly useful aspect of Bitcoin is the ability to send microtransactions. In fact, my second transaction was sending a small tip to the guy that made this:

I propose we have a day dedicated to tipping people in an effort to create awareness about this aspect.
I'm not completely sure of all the techniques that could be employed, but btctip, reddit bitcointip, and coinapult come to mind. Perhaps someone with more time and community influence could pick a day, name the day, and organize the event.
