I offer my services as a signature campaign manager.

I am a fairly active member of this community and have been quite active in spotting spammers / bots.
You can have a look at some of my contributions in this thread.

Feedback from stingleword who is in charge of luckybit promotions and used to manage the luckybit signature campaign.

A true blockchain warrior. Many positive contributions toward identifying individuals that abuse signature campaigns.

I have thousands of reports with a very high accuracy (currently 97%). So you can be rest assured that I will select effective participants to your signature campaign.

My fee is 7.5% of the campaign payout (negotiable based on size and number of members)
I am willing to do campaign management for my first campaign (less than 50 members) free for the first term. Smiley

Few rules for the campaigns
- No ponzis
- In case of a new campaign, I will insist on escrow for the participants (to protect my reputation as well as yours).

I don't think any owner/admin cares to lessen the spam on some general forum ? if they are throwing 10-20 coins a month then i doubt they are going to care about the local problems or how the moderator is feeling etc..

Think logically , would you hire a person who is working hard to lower the expenses/budget for you and his first priority is to promote your company in the best manner or a guy who is devoted to forum and doesn't has any attention over budget but cares about moderators and spam (local problems which have no value compared to their business).

Good Luck. Smiley

Spam is ineffective advertising. That is one reason I promise to be tough on spam as a campaign manager. I wouldn't want my campaign's budget to be wasted.  Smiley

That said, campaigns which spam tend to have a bad reputation among the community - think yobit and secondtrade.

Having an escrow might not always work out, but I will still insist on escrows for the campaigns I manage.  Smiley

I can also advice botany for the managing of signature campaign. He has helped me to find two shills in one of the campaign that I actually manage.

This is a joke. I would do the exact same thing for half the price, and double the expertise and professionalism. Asking for 7.5% is not reasonable at all.

I guess you are talking through your hat, when you say double the expertise and professionalism.
Neither have you managed a campaign before, nor have you seen me do one.  Smiley

I think Gianluca could be a signature campaign manager well for the purpose of this thread, only recommend a little about Gianluca, cheers

Spam may just affect the advertising indirectly. Seeing how techie the users are in the forum, the signature campaign will most likely aim the quantity of users wearing the signature inside a single thread which will probably be noticed by a regular user who happen to just read the discussion. Normally this will just work as CPM, maybe around 10 clicks for every 100 posts of all users wearing the sig.
