Okay, I will explain it to you. U can get maximal 14 activity points each 14 days. U can get activity by posting, each post is counted for one activity point, but max 14 per 2 weeks. If u have made more then 14 post, the activity will not rollover to the next period, it just stays the same.

Member: 60-119 Activity
Full member: 120-239 Activity
Sr member: 240-479 Activity
Hero member: random activity between somewhere around 700-800

It's possible to get 28 activity in 1 day even if there's no potential activity due to the activity periods.

The activity is only updated each half hour(30 minutes) so your activity will change within a few minutes.
U can go to http://www.bctalkaccountpricer.info and fill in your UID(Go to your recent posts and then click on your own post and then click on your profile, then click on the url and u see http://bitcointalk....u=This is ur UID) and there u can see you potential activity.
