The aim of the game is simple, at each round, the game generates a random number and the players will try to guess it. To be able to guess, just send a bitcoin transaction (and now also with altcoins) whose amount corresponds to the chosen number.
The 3 players who are closest to the number to guess, will win the jackpot, proportionally divided.

In development since two months, the game is in beta phase but ready for release. Any feedback is welcome! Smiley

Added a bonus of 50.000 FREE satoshi to the jackpot! Cheesy

(The transaction will not be counted among the likely winners!)

Moved, thanks!

Theorically the jackpot should come from the same players who play, but soon I'll add some satoshis as incentive! Cheesy

Compliments for the bet Wink

For the question, it depends but as stated in the FAQ of the website, it is not recommend since the service will send back the winnings to the same bitcoin address of deposit.

Now the round's duration is locked due to the first player deposit; if no other players will bet, you'll simply get back your coins

Can't really play when i can't calculate my odds of actually winning. You should add info atleast in site FAQ

I think the number is between 0.0001 and 10, but that seems a little weird considering that you have to pay whatever amount and that determines your guess...

There would be absolutely no incentive to put down any high amounts of bitcoin.

If this really is the case then the odds are definitely not in your favor. This could then sooner be described as lottery than anything else.
Would still like to hear from op for official confirmation for this question; somehow i doubt it's really that number range, doesn't seam likely.

The range is between 0.0001 (10k satoshis) and 10 bitcoins. I'll update the FAQ tomorrow Smiley

Not really, Heroku is a cloud app hosting. I only own BitRound and soon I'll buy a domain like bitround.com or something like that Smiley

The next round will start in 52 hours, but you can take part to the current one if you want! Cheesy

And obviously.. HAPPY NEW YEAR! Cheesy
