Also, if you think my previous posts look spammy, it's because I wasn't in a signature campaign. But if I get accepted into this campaign, I can assure you, my post quality will increase.

Base on the account, I can't accept you mainly by the quality and secondly due to you posting majority of your posts on boards that we don't count and thirdly you shouldn't make an excuse of your current post quality just because you were not enrolled in any campaign. It doesn't mean you could post spammy posts just because your not in any campaign (you can get banned regardless of being in a campaign or not) and also don't give me the assurance of if I get it, I post quality (that doesn't work for me). I need to see before I accept. I never accept anyone blindly just because they say they would do good. Improve and then come back if there's a spot left. So for your application I have to deny it.

I didn't mean I was spamming before, but my posts were just short, so if you were to look at my recent posts it would look like what a spam user would post, except that a spam user would post a lot more, and worse quality. (Also note the time between posts is large) I was only making these posts because I was interested in the topic, but didn't have much to say.

What I was trying to say before was; If I am accepted into this signature campaign, I will post in the required boards and my posts won't be short like my recent posts, and the quality won't be low.

Still not good enough quality. Your a hero member and should poses quality of one as we'll  and base on those its still beyond the quality of a good poster. Improve the overall quality and re-apply in the future.

As I did not received upfront payment for the 2nd week. I imagine that made in advance payment for the first week was one time offer.

This is what we sent to all three campaign managers that are handling our current campaigns:

"Those who participated the previous week - can get upfront payments, those who just joined - can not.
Upfront does not mean we pay the second they join, it may take 2-3 days when all payments are processed at the same time, we don't have the time to monitor and process the requests of every individual member. If there are people who don't like this arrangement - tell them to join a different campaign. We do not believe there is a need to prove our credibility to anyone at this point. Thanks"
