As @roadbits said on the link you've provided (to paraphrase) you need to provide proof of the scam.

More importantly, you need to give the user negative trust / feedback with a reference to the scam accusation in the so named section.

...and as a couple of other users have pointed out, without trust / feedbacks of trades you claim to have done (especially with users who have neg from non DT users) the more likely it will be that users wont believe your claims of trades.
