Before initial release on https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1010004.0 , The Main Dev had some health issues and was detained for treatment under section 3 of the Mental Health Act in the UK.
This is why the coin was not released in time specified. This is a matter close to Devs heart as he suffers himself
Dev is now near full recovery and wishes to launch this coin.

We are now a team of 3 Developers and will be recruiting more along the way.

I can also assure you that we are on track for release on the 30th December 2015

MindCoin is being launched to raise awareness of Mental Health Issues that many people face and to release a positive and charitable Crypto Currency.

We are sorry there is not much info, But it is as it seems. Its a coin to promote mental health awareness.
