Someone explain me please...
Recently I heard about it but don't know what is bitcoin 0.2 ??

Bitcoin Core 0.2 is an older version of the reference client implementation. We are currently on Bitcoin Core 0.11.2

bitcoin 0.2 is an old version made in 2009.
there are a few knuckleheads who are trying to push their altcoins (not bitcoin) and calling it bitcoin 2.0.. but most of us ignore that.
hope that covers both (0.2 and 2.0) chatter about version numbers
