The project: Urban mining with Credits - we need your VOTE (5 seconds time investment).
The idea is that people in a municipality are rewarded with use of a credits system (perhaps even bitcoin or an altcoin, but more research is needed) to bring used electronics to the waste yard (the electronics are weighed and then credits are awarded according to the weight).
The used electronics can be mined (urban mining) and this generates revenues as those electronics contain valuable materials, this revenue is put back into the system, this way the credits get value.
