Anybody use CoinRx?

I was wondering if anybody here has used CoinRx or any similar online pharmacies that don't require a doctor's prescription for the meds, and specifically if medications were received promptly, worked correctly, etc.  I saw some of CoinRx's prices and they don't seem too bad.  They offer some CIIIs and CIVs but nothing harder than testosterone and Nuvigil.
