Which coin should I mine? Low hashrate for some reason?!

Hello, I have 6 x Servers consisting of the following specs:

2 x Intel Xeon e5-2698v3
448gb RAM
3TB Storage
NO GPU

I have tried mining certain coins but don't get many hashes out of it. I am currently mining XMG where I'm at 400kh/s PER server. Which ends up being 2400kh/s. All servers are running Windows Server 2012 R2 with latest updates. May someone please help me maximise profit out of these servers, thanks. I can also change OS's if necessary.

I'd stick with XMG. Some will suggest to mine XMR but with XMG's PoW/PoS you will do better.
