Yes, you need to verify your id that fits your name that u gave and you need to show them a payment from your bank, then they will review it and choose what they will do to your account, keep it limited or unlock it. This also happened to me because i was dumb and used proxy with logging in. So then the person who sold me the paypal chargebacked and he sent me the bitcoins back. |

You're selling it since you can't get it back,well how do you expect for the buyer to get it back ? Quite confused.You can just wait for a few days and then the ban will be lifted right ? Probably if you can transfer funds to some limitless paypal user ,you can ask him to give it to you in bitcoin or such?
