It's very interesting, getting a lot of responses of "yeah, that sounds good, let's do this!" but that's usually the last communication I receive from people. So far I've talked to 10-12 people who I've managed to negotiate with into something they agreed to and them they suddenly disappear. So, I'm still looking (unfortunately).

I've got 2 units about to arrive (bought through escrow), but it seems USPS accidentally shipped it to the wrong store and is having to backtrack it to where it's supposed to be delivered to. I'm still looking to purchase 3 more units.
