I`ve boutght Spondoolies sp30 and it`s restarts every 3-5 minutes. I`ve upgrated it to the last firmaware (2.6.4) but the problem is still here. Also i`ve tried to play with voltage and power psu...

I don't know much about those specifically, but what are your temps like? Maybe it's overheating, or thinking it's overheating, and resets as a "precaution".

One of your loops is likely causing you a problem.
Find the problematic loop using the debug page and deactivate each asic one by one till you've found the problematic asic.
