master-P having negative trust (-9999) will not prevent you from doing business with him.
However; I would strongly advice against it.

Yes, you're right. A negative trust score (of an user) doesn't prevent you from doing business with him, you should only pay more attention and use an escrow always.

However I don't think he will continue to be active here anymore (from his main account) maybe he'll buy a new one and start again.

Until he fully crosses out the suspicions(why was he playing CS:GO, who was the other person, jonesz, how was "hacker" able to get access to his accounts and many more) of many users, I very doubt its going to happen.

It's a real douchebag move to start a thread that aims to compile all useful information on an ongoing scam and then to not keep it updated despite recent developments. lottery248, it is wishfull dreaming that he will get his negative trust removed. And honestly, i don't see a reason why a person that is not master-P should wish for that. There would be no reward at all for that.

The only explaination i can come up with is that you lost coins to master-P and for some reason you can't disclose that point to the public, so that you try to push master-P the positive way. But that sounds like a very vague story.

At that point i will be releasing master-Ps dox to the public assuming no funds are returned and contacting my lawyer to find out what i need to do legally to bring this guy to justice.

I would suggest, and this is completely up to you, to do those two things in reverse order... contact the lawyer first...
