How are you providing low value declaration. Is it legal? will you clear the customs and deliver it, or are you going to ship it declaring low value, and do you really think the customs are fools, who will not apply real value?

low value declaration ,in an acceptable extent ,it is acceptable,like 1200$ ,wedeclare 600$ -800$

The chances are really high bro, cause with the customs department the DRI is also involved in it. Due to a Rs. 500 crore scam in the customs it is now highly impossible to get past it declaring low value. Between, the custom duty of the miner is 17.39% on the assessable value. And yes assessable value is calculated like this "Actual Value (including Freight) + 1% Landing Charges + 1.25% Insurance.
