I'm trying out OP_CHECKLOCKTIMEVERIFY by using coinb.in.

"Non-final" errors in this situation, is likely because you are trying to spend the funds before the time you've set OR because you are trying to spend an output that hasn't yet confirmed.

Try again, but build a new transaction from scratch (submitting the exact same transaction to coinb.in will likely not work and produce the same error)

Let us know how you get on.

Have you tried submitting the transaction elsewhere? IIRC nonfinal transactions (which include OP_CLTV transactions) are considered nonstandard so they are not relayed by many nodes. However there may be an exception to that with OP_CLTV.

Edit: I think I found your problem. It isn't the time specified in your transaction yet so you will need to wait until then to spend the funds. It is currently 12/30/2015 @ 3:56am (UTC) but it is locked until 12/30/2015 @ 5:00am (UTC)

In the testing that I've been helping out with (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1300723.0) the txs all seemed to be appearing in blockchain.info so perhaps try using: https://blockchain.info/pushtx to broadcast it (and let me know if that fails).

I thought that the time was only within 2 hours of the actual time (although I guess that will depend upon the particular node's clock).

The transaction got sent. I thought it would send okay at 21:00 UTC. Guess it's local time lol.
