Selling Augur account with 38.9 REP for 0.14 BTC.

Rep are currently trading at Gatecoin for ~0.005BTC, so notionally worth 0.19 BTC. Obviously, these rep aren't tradeable until the platform goes live, probably sometime Q1 2016.
It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

I was led to believe no tokens have been issued and you only have IOUs the exchanges may or may not honor.I find it an interesting project but it is slightly behind its timeframe and could be the summer before its live

That's correct. I'm selling the account with the IOU. Until the platform goes live, the REP is locked up and you can't do anything with it.

edit: closed as this is clearly going nowhere.
