Wrong section. Bitcoin or other currency trading is not allowed by PayPal, so don't mention that. Were the payments sent as gifts? you could claim these payments are from friends and family, if that doesn't work you'll be allowed withdraw your balance after 6 months but now that your account is limited its most likely going to be permanently closed.

They'll probably just close or block it if you tell them that. They'll likely suspect you're money laundering or doing something ilegal if you mention bitcoin.

Day before yesterday my PayPal got limited and now they need detailed information about what kind of service I provide.

I am just wondering would they lift the limitation or permanently ban me if I tell them the truth which is:
"I take payments from users on forums like BTC, TBN and withdraw this money to my Bank Account, convert that to EURO using online exchange and make SEPA transfer to www.coinbase.com. Buy bitcoins from there using this money and send them to the bitcoin address of the person who gave me these PayPal funds"

i have warned guys NON STOP here using Paypal + crypto is against their TOS

I went through a battle with them for around 3 months.. had to get a lawyer.

You are screwed now.
Lying won't help.. they are not stupid and will probably catch you lying about shit.

Fess up tell them the truth and swear you won't do it again.

They will prob ask you to get a signed affidavit from a lawyer and admit in writing you broke their TOS.
IF you do not do this.. you will not get your account / funds unlocked ever !

And since you are blocked you can not access their forums and if you do no one will help you anyway.. trust me i know Wink

Follow their requests and if you still need help AFTER that PM me and i will give you a Tip on getting
private 1 on 1 service from them..

EDIT:
@STAFF

I have asked you guys to sticky this info lots and i am forever ignored.
People here have known crystal clear that Paypal forbids the use of ALL crypto currency related activity.
We have had written proof of this as complaints here stretching back to 2012 and possibly even further back.
yet this forum does not warn people ?
That is grossly irresponsible of the staff here BIG TIME !

Everyone in Crypto keeps saying.. yeah do it just don't get caught.
That is utterly retarded.
When i got my email from Paypal i Googled part of it and guess what i seen ?
Some guy here at THIS forum with the same exact email i got from Paypal.. word for word !
Claiming the user broke the TOS... THE ONE YOU AGREE TO SIGNING UP !

Do the staff here warn people ? Stickied topic maybe ? NOOOOOOPE
Do the Users ? Nooooope
Do the exchange who offer withdrawal via Paypal warn users ? FUCK NO !
ALL OF THEM ARE AWARE OF THE PROBLEM.

It's your call.. but it's possible they may just tell you don't do it again and unlock your account.
A signed affidavit faxed over cost me like $30 roughly if i recall correctly.

Some people have had success playing dumb. If it was me I'd say it was money from friends and if they question you tell them the Bitcoin community are your friends Smiley In any case I'd recommend responding ASAP even if you tell them you were breaking the rules. You will get your money back after 6 months but every day you don't respond delays it.

Why in gods name do you think you will get your money in 6 months ?
They flagged your account because they ALREADY caught you LOL

They are simply probing you as a formality.. they already know what you did LOL
Did you even read my comment earlier ?
They have been proccessing guys like you in the 1,000's for years.

If you break their TOS they don't -HAVE- to give you 1 cent.

Because its my thread & I have the right to post what I want to get public and what not?
EDIT: Warning is not a problem for me but I don't want people to be warned on cost of something which I don't want to stay public.

I'm leaving it in as a record in case you decide to keep using Paypal with Bitcoin.
You are not going to keep doing Paypal deals with this account name (if that is your plan)

You know you are caught.. Paypal knows you are caught.
The only people who don't are potential users who may get involved in ANOTHER deal with you.

A bit fishy you don't want your money too LOL

You should just lock the thread. You posted a question and got your answer, no point feeding the trolls.

My PayPal limitation got resolved but I got negative feedback for making this thread.
I really can't understand why should I get negative feedback for asking help from the community?

I have requested Spoetnik to remove the -ve feedback. Hopefully they'll agree & remove.
I am ready to apologize if my words hurt their feelings (I never meant to hurt anybody)

He left me negative feedback too for replying to this thread, he also left 10~ PayPal BTC traders negative trust too.

He's not on defaulttrust so the feedback does not really matter. Don't worry about that so much as there isn't much you can do unless he removes it himself. There are lots of people who have had similar things happen to them and it doesn't affect their ability to trade at all.

He's a troll, just read some his posts. . He's doing this to get a reaction out of you, he finds it entertaining. I'd recommend just ignoring him, if he keeps harassing you keep reporting him to mods. I can't understand why he hasn't been banned, I guess he is careful not to troll the wrong people or say something blatantly illegal.

your full of shit noob.
and you talk like other guys i talked to also using terms like "-ve" (trust farming here with Paypal $5 at a time)
you are in violation with Paypal and i will report YOU if you wanna be a little dick about it.

I am not dealing with a liar here.. go fuck yourself.

EDIT:
by the way even if you got your account restored it makes no difference in anything.

EDIT:
To people reading at home.. this guy already admitted to being caught more than once.
So he got an email from Paypal saying he broke the TOS more than once.. get it ?
All of this is his attempt to keep doing it for a 3rd or more times..
Who knows how many accounts he has had locked.. i bet more than 3.
And all of this is to run a Paypal + Bitcoin sales business on this forum.
And he won't be doing that because it's NOT allowed !
He's caught lying etc this guy is very dishonest !

writing -ve is easier than writing negative, It saves few seconds (nothing special) and its commonly accepted acronym.

you are in violation with Paypal and i will report YOU if you wanna be a little dick about it.
I guess I gotta live with this -ve (negative) trust then as you are not willing to delete it.

(trust farming here with Paypal $5 at a time)
None of my deals were for $5. All of them were more than this amount & from different users. Nothing done to frame trust.
I just traded to earn some money as I need it for supporting my family. Not scamming anyone.
