The forum is already set up but no post or thread there at all, your idea is good and great but i think you need to influence people to post in your forum even if it will take you to give them some incentives.

Cool, are you planning on doing something special to promote usage in any way? Like signature campaign or some incentive for early members?
It will be quite difficult to get it active and going I think, but the idea is good nevertheless.

I think you are right because of the present position of the forum, the Op should try to either consider a pay per post or buy posts.

You should attract people with some promotion to make your site high traffic, giveaway, contest and marketing it.
Too much failed bitcoin forum.

To get more traffic you need to hire 2 to 4 moderator to make a thread anything related on bitcoins
And you need to hire 2 to refer member to your site and make more threads to attract visitors to join in your website..
