For Bitcoin can make a website design that functions for you.

I know HTML5, CSS3, Basic Javascript, Basic PHP, Basic Python, Photoshop, and can make a site VERY responsive. Can make site have a mobile version for nothing extra.

Since barely out of college I don't have much of a portfolio.

Can also get a domain and hosting for your site.

If requested can use a CSS framework of choice, such as:
1. Bootstrap (v3 or v4.)
2. ECKit
3. UIKit
Etc.

That being said hopefully this user actually is a web developer and not trying to scam people. Please make sure to insist on escrow.
