The only one that works for me is actually getting bed rest and taking dayquil. Adding soup in the mix always helps for your meals. Good luck with getting over your cold! Happy new years

Anything that gets you sweating will help. Hot sauna is my favorite but if you have the energy you can also workout.
Very important is to be well hydrated, this is where the soup and tea come in.
Sweet eliminates toxins, hydration is required for sweating.

Colloidal silver works, but it is not all created equal. Find a small nutrition store that has been around for a long time. They usually know what they are talking about. Another thing that handles a lot of symptoms is taking acidophilus.  |

fervex, hot tea, and something for temperature..is important to take lot of hot drinks..and be in your bed. if you feel worse go to doctor

I find a good way to beat a cold early and this has to be done early. Drink a ton of water and it can potentially flush that stuff out before it gets a good hold in the system. Can usually feel as cold coming a day before and thats when you need to jump on it.
