I will NOT download any illegal material such as CP.

Once downloaded to my server, I will give you access either by ftp or scp.

Whats the point? If your going to download a file for me and allow me to download it from your server, why wouldnt I just download it myself? Seems like a waste of time.

The point is that my servers, as dedicated, are not throttled on p2p networks.
You can later download from them at full ftp speed also.

That makes more sense. I remember a service awhile back that would download torrents and then allow them to be downloaded from servers, just can not recall the name.
