However, I'd say that he was speaking more about spiritual side rather than a physiological reproduction... First you claimed that the Russian population is dying. Now when the evidence has presented to prove that your argument was false, you are claiming something else. The Russian economy has stabilized. There has been no jump in the unemployment rates, and the rapid growth in some of the sectors (agriculture and mining) have neutralized the slowdown affecting the other sectors.
