How about partnering up with advertisers directly? Media buys and such, grab a deal for your ad space. It's probably the best for both parties, cuts off the middlemen. What's your site about anyway? If it's a blog CPCs more preferable IMO.

Pay per impression (CPM) is the best way to get some money with your website traffic, since any other method will mean you have to spam your visitors to earn a dime.

I've found MANY CPM sites, but from what I see, a-ads is the one which is the most profitable tbh. Don't waste time looking for other networks. Been there, done that

If you're not against dash, dashad.io is opening in something like 12 days. There is beta testing going on at the moment. Not sure if the best, but it's an option anyways
