I have a question about the trust system , Let's assume that I'm NOT the DefaultTrust and I left positive trust for someone , it won't really affect his trust score at all .
But if after few months I'm on the DefaultTrust , does my positive trust that I gave him affect his profile instantly or I should give him once again so it works ?

It affects his profile instantly.
The reverse has been evident in  many cases - as soon as somebody gets knocked off default trust, the trust ratings of that member cease to be reflected on the profiles of users by default. So when you get added to DT, it should work the same way.

DefaultTrust is nothing more than a user(its a bot actually, theymos manually adds in case he has to add someone in DT 1) in your trust list. If you want a demo of a situation, take someone who is not on DT(Bob) and see the person(John) to whom, last feedback he has given. Now include Bob to your trust list and see. In DT addition, the result just happens for everyone(who has not specifically excluded Bob from his trust list)

i thought nowadays no body can get onto the default trust list anymore? Is there a way that anyone knows of or is it just for members that have been here since the beginning?

It doesn't really matter when you registered really , take Quickseller for example , he became on the DefaultTrust even if he registered on 2014 . (But he is removed now)
