2016 , What are you excited about ?

I don't expect much from new services. I'd rather see old, successful and established services, such as Fiverr, Upwork or Amazon, accepting BTC.
I like the idea of Openbazaar, though, and I may join it as a professional but it would take years before it will gain success.

I am excited that more and more larger companies are accepting Bitcoin now and there will be much more in the 2016 year.  The more companies that accept it, the more it will be worth.  Cant complain about that!!

I'm not sure about you guys but I'm existed about OpenBazaar , Zapchain sounds like a cool idea too even if I don't have much information's about it .
So what about you ? 

i am existed about Zapchain,social media based bitcoin and i'm already have account there,cool site and many expert people there,this is why i love zapchain : From what i have seen of Zapchain, though, its ability to curb spammers has proved effective and the platform is currently more popular than ever.

The halvign will be great, I expect an insane price pump, im also looking forward to see how the scaling thing works, hopefully with a blocksize that is small enough to keep Bitcoin decentralized from evil.

I am also in the same boat as you.  I have been reading about it for some time and I am excited about the launch.  I am also looking forward to the price increase as bitcoin is evolved into more retail businesses in 2016.  Lots of fun things to look forward to.

Yes, zapchain is great. I frequently went there. It offers some satoshi for sharing my ideas. It will attract more using and will be able to compete with reddit.

Another shout out for Open Bazaar. I think it's one of those things that we'll only realise how big a deal it is somewhat in retrospect. It's going to take a while to get rolling but there's a whole world of commerce out there ready to go online that's currently held down by the restrictions of conventional banking.

At this point there is not much that excites me beside the halving. All other things that will be released/announced that are good for Bitcoin are considered to be a nice bonus.

I am first existed about the halving of the bitcoins and do believe that this round and year it will work best for me. Another thing I am excited of is the feeling that i will be able to gain more in terms of the coins I have invested. It is a feeling I have been having from the first day of 2016 ad my prayer is that I will see it actualized. I am exicited at the fact that bitcoin will grow despite the shortfalls it has been having especially in 2016.

1. overstocks new exchange t0
2. winklevi trust (hopefully they get it done this year)
3. openbazaar, as long as it makes sellers deposit collateral to not just run off with peoples funds, also only sells legit products to avoid bad rep (like silkroad)
4. more development of every area of the bitcoin ecosystem, including training, courses, guides, retailer adoption and fiat exchange availability
5. reward halving impacting the fiat valuation (deflationary price rise)

cautious:
1. blockstreams 'liquid' is a hybrid of what bitinstant done in 2012-13.. were liquid will effectively hold the reserves of the exchanges, allowing users to arbitrage liquids between the exchanges as oppose (well to supposedly represent) btc
id watch out for that as liquid could end up hoarding a whole lot of bitcoins while people arbitrage using liquidcoins which are supposedly pegged at 1for1btc.
2. dev teams putting in silly code just for a bit of fame without thinking about users or end results.

Fiverr already accepts BTCBTCBTC, and as far as I know you can use BTCBTCBTC to buy from Amazon using Purse. What's gonna make the BTC industry big is if you can accept BTC using your Paypal account. Only then true acceptance would be achieved.

I am excited about the big thing that will happen this year that no-one has thought about or knows about, except the people creating the news.
ie. not openbazaar or halving, which are great but are semi-factored in already
in this 12 months ahead there will be a something which will happen which will be he stand out news for bitcoin.
it would be great if it happens in the first quarter

This could really mean a big step towards mass adoption.

Altough not all details are clear nor the impact of the bitcoin eco-system, plans and idea's like this are why I am excited with bitcoin.
