I have one full Node bitcoin and i read one command in bitcoin.conf to generate bitcoin (gen=1)

How does it work?

Are you talking about the setgenerate command? If yes then you just have to use it like so. But it won't really do anything except maxing out your CPU for nothing Cheesy

When Bitcoin first began you could mine Bitcoins by using the setgenerate=true command

Sadly that's impossible on a standard computer today. This is the amount of equipment you need to mine Bitcoins today.



To begin with you could mine using your computer's CPU, then you needed to mine using your computer's graphics card. Now you need a mountain of special equipment to mine.

it was there because in the good old days, there was the possibility to mine with cpu, and that parameter basically enable solo mining for the client itself
