Well, I want to make history here and buy 1000 TRC with cash. As far as I can tell from all my lurking here and elsewhere this hasn't been done before.

I want to pay in USD or AUD as I want to pay in fiat - not another cryptocurrency.

I want to use an escrow service for your protection as I know I am new here (please let me know of one which accepts small amounts).

I saw recently that no one accepted an offer to buy 1000 TRC for 0.1 BTC which is about $1.30 at current rates so I will pay more than this for 1000 TRC

Let's make history guys and start giving TRC a fiat value Smiley

I am really, really interested to see what kind of response I get and what you guys (the market) value 1000 TRC at.

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

Ha ha! Why yes I am good sir.

As I am travelling setting up a mining rig is beyond me at this point.

Do you really have 420 TRC? How much would you accept for them?

Would you be willing to sell some of your stash? i.e 100-200.

Otherwise if you know anyone who mines who may have some spare let me know Wink

Partly it's the name I mean it's about time we had a Terracoin! lol

Terracoin is the worst alternate: it's EXACTLY the same thing as BTC.

Conversely, that could be seen as its strength. Plus there will ultimately be 40 000 000 in circulation so no it is not exactly the same (but the blockchain and source code is)

Have you got any? Grin

Yeah, you get the chance of being another first adopter. Imagine basking in thousands upon thousands KnightCoins or JohnCoins. Roll Eyes

Many people rolled their eyes when BTC was released (so I've heard I missed the party - damn!)

In fact many people still do.

Anyway, if anyone wants to make a deal PM me.

Or, if you want to help a starry eyed idealist on his way to stimulate the TRC / cryptocurrency economy (we are the future!) here is my TRC address:

If it's a new system like LTC is, it might hold some value or interest to others. A blatant copy like this is useless though IMO, and the official site's various errors detracts me even more.
