I think for January is still a lot of positive trends for bitcoin. do not believe if bitcoin will be under $ 400.
my opinion ? I believe bitcoin will rise above $ 450 in this month (January 2017)

I don't think bitcoin will go below $400 anymore. It's been at around $420 for 2 weeks or so. I believe bitcoin will only go up from here.

Every single type of currency, including Bitcoin, fluctuates. It totally healthy and normal. Every currency again, including Bitcoin, will rise in price. Same deal, except a little healthier I believe that, right now, the price of Bitcoin is rising at a steady rate and will continue to rise through the year. We should even see Bitcoin finally hit that $1,000 mark that we've all been waiting for. (Near the end of the year, not right away) So to answer your question, based on predictions that I've seen and have made I believe that the price of Bitcoin will always stay above $400 - it could go down (as it is at around 430 now) and then back up but it should stay in the $400 range and up as the Bitcoin momentum continues.

It doesn't matter!Simple is that! And you wanna know why? Because even if we would go below 400, it wouldn't be for long. Furthermore why is this year interesting for sellers? Do you believe many people will sell at a certain level of value? I say this must not be the case, depending on how long and crazy the next bull run will go.

That is actually a very optimistic view of Bitcoin and while I wish it were true I don't think it will be. Of course, I may have misunderstood what you were trying to say. I don't think the price of Bitcoin will hit the $300s at all this year, but will keep rising. The cryptocurrency has a huge base of momentum that is growing very quickly that I believe will have fantastic effects on the price (meaning it will rise). That being said, even if the price of Bitcoin hits $1,000 this year which it probably will, it could crash in 2017 or 2018. That is why I am a little surprised by your statement of us never seeing Bitcoin in the $300s again (sorry if I am being too literal).

!!LOL!! Fucking 70% of you Kool-Aid guzzling fucks think BTC aint going lower than $400 in January! Come China 9am, there is a damn good chance it will be going lower than $400, never mind the whole of January. Look at the charts. We have clearly commenced upon a bear retracement and we are clearly no where near it's completion. Any trader worth his salt is on the bear train at the moment......but I suppose, if there weren't also a whole bunch of retail bag-holders, then there wouldn't be any suckers for the Pro Traders to leech money off. The Morecoin Freeman (of this site) says BTC is going lower. Go to his thread, and go back peddle through his BTC calls and see how many more times he has been proven right than wrong (hint: answer is he is usually right, and not often wrong)

Yes, I think BTC-price will dip below $400 this month, though very temporary and the dip will be rather 'shallow'. It won't be the start of a downtrend though; value will hover mainly between $400 and $450 and my guesstimate would be a new (cautious) uptrend will be initiated when february arrives.

Time to move away from the bear stance and accept that you didn't buy your coins in time.

I have been in and out, short and long, many times over the past couple of months, and improving my performance all the time. I have changed my primary stance on Bitcoin from bear, to bull, quite some time ago, but I can tell you, the biggest mistake I have made in Bitcoin this year was being a stupid fucking holding bulltard mongol fuck, and it aint happening again. Instead, try and listen to what the market is telling you and right now, the market is screaming 'CORRECTION'.

I don't think that the price will go below $400, even if it goes that will be fast and the value will be back above $400

It would be definitively even for the buyers. First of all the first 6 months everyone will buy. Or at least most of those who know what is halving and that it will be a halving. Everyone who understand what is halving will hope that the normal thing (the increase of price) will happen so will buy before to sell after. then will be even another category of bitcoiners (in which are pert even me who will buy even after halving. We will buy because our plans for bitcoin are long term ones. So we buy because we hope in one more bigger increase of the price of bitcoin in the years to come. So for us the halving is only a little step in the big mountain in which will go the price of bitcoin.
