This is a natural stone mined from the earth.  Some people confuse "cubic zirconia" with "zircon".  CZ is a very common diamond simulant and is extremely inexpensive.  By contrast, zircon is a natural stone and this one came out of the ground in northeastern Cambodia, in the province of Ratanakiri.  This area is noted for fine zircon color, but such a vivid blue color as this is exceptionally rare.

The green pear-shaped stone above is a tsavorite garnet from Kenya.  It weighs 3.22 carats, an unusually large size for this fine green-colored garnet.  Desired by collectors and jewelry aficionados alike, tsavorite garnet is a rare, exclusive gemstone with a heart-stopping vivid green color.

Vivid pink tourmaline from Nigeria; no treatment.  This is a natural stone that was mined from the earth, cut and polished...period.  No heat or diffusion, no chemical treatments.  This stone was actually this color when it came from the earth which is pretty amazing in and of itself.

11.07 carats, rare large size and incredible diaphaneity, and very reasonable for this quality material at $305 per carat.

The very special Welo opal from Ethiopia above, the faceted emerald-shape- weighs 1.04 carats x $66 per carat = $68.64 plus $12 for registered mail with tracking.  The opal is 8.79 x 6.42 x 3.88mm deep.

The Welo opal is entirely untreated.  It was mined from the earth, cut and polished ONLY.  No smoke, no sugar, no resin or wax treatments.  No treatment at all.  Zip Zilch nothing nada, no treatment.

Of course labor costs are lower here, so I can do a CAD drawing more economically than you can get it done in your home market if you live in a developed Western country.  And when it comes to casting and finishing heirloom-quality jewelry, we've developed a series of strategic partners that make the process as refined as it is efficient.  We also have talented wax artists to create unique designs that are better suited to that medium than CAD, and our hand-made wax models are an incredible value if you are thinking about making a custom ring, pendant, or some other cast and finished jewelry piece.
