I don't think Coinbase support provides a direct phone number.

You have a few other options for contacting them or getting assistance:

There is a community discussion forum:
https://community.coinbase.com/

You could use Twitter:
https://twitter.com/coinbase

They also have a Facbook page:
https://www.facebook.com/Coinbase

Or, you could send them a letter:

if you have an issue that is being ignored the best bet is to use a polite comment on their social media to prompt them to look into it.

one thing companies hate is to have customers highlight problems on social media. and even more so, hate not showing it got dealt with promptly. because it affects their public reputation.

where as internal community and support tickets is more private and you will find most companies are slightly more relaxed in their efforts to address problems.

but like i said. if you are going to hit-up social media, do it politely but firmly request they address your issue

I DO NOT TRADE OR ACT AS ESCROW ON THIS FORUM EVER.
Please do your own research & respect what is written here as both opinion & information gleaned from experience. many people replying with insults but no on-topic content substance, automatically are 'facepalmed' and yawned at

What's the issue here? This community right here might be able to help you out since there are a lot of coinbase users on here as well.

Support ticket wasn't going through, the page kept refreshing on me. Was just wondering if their was an easier way to contact them.

It was showing my creditcard as a debitcard, I was trying to do an instant purchase. I just gave up and used the bank transfer. 5 LONG days I have to wait. I tried one of those BITcoin ATM's in the city last week, put in $180 in cash and it spit out $141 in bitcoins. LOL, $39 service charge basically. never doing that again. I hate how hard it is to buy Bitcoin in America.
