And we all forgot the dickhead who dumped his coins first, called BTC a failure and started at a bank with some blockchain thingy haha. Price is almost back where it was before he dumped his stash.

He doesn't call bitcoin failed because of the price.  It failed because of broken fundamentals and stagnated development to resolve these issues.

He wasn't happy with the direction bitcoin was taking.
He had problems with people in charge of bitcoin protocol, not bitcoin per se.  Smiley

no he think he failed, because his shitcoin, cough xt cough did not get any consensus, this is the real reason, everything else is bullshit

he is pretty much aware about the reaomap of the fix that will be implemented to solve some of the known issues

Now the price is at 415 dollars so we will see what will happen next this month if it goes up.

I think it will slowly crawl back to $400. But even with this crash and maybe others, i belive the price will rise after halving.

i believe that we will see a significant price increase before the halving. i am fairly sure people will go nuts to grab themself some last minute bitcoins to not miss out. current price is just temporary. if you have enough patience to hold your coins for a longer period, then you'll see that your choice to hold was the best possible option.
I would like to be as optimistic as you are, but I don't see a big grwoth just because of halving. $500-600 level seem a reasonable prediction to me, which is not bad at all - about 50% from where we are now.

There is no big crash, the price recovered to $415 and it is now stable around $400. So the panic is over.

Well the crash was a big deal at least for some, what happen the news was just scary when the bitcoin got down.
I think for sure we won't see a big crash after this month, because I believe we will reach at 500 dollars again.

When the price reduced from $420 to $370, it is a big drop, or crash. But the bitcoin price has recovered. Any crash is for short period.

Recovered to 390 and falling... some recovery....

The only recovery possible is fixing what is broken!

If you are a good trader you'll get best from every situation!
Pump Or dump it is just a game and if you follow you will lose.
If you think for yourself you can take profit!
Buy low, sell high!

There's no permanent crash in bitcoin. We went down from $420 few weeks ago, but right now we are recovering back to $400. Also this is not a big crash if you compare this with 2015 crash. This is only monthly pump and dump.

Easier said than done, but yes this is the simplest, yet the most difficult rule to follow.
Very important is also to be able to control your emotions, and not let them influence your trades.
Once you are able to master that, then buying low and selling high is easy.  Grin

@uki
I know what are you saying! I been many times in bad positions to buy at high, and long waiting to sell just to recover my money. After many loss you can learn how to control your emotions, and heart beats. It's not easy, but you must stay cool!
Many come here in hope they can become rich overnight! Very hard!
More likely they will lose and will go back to daily jobs and forget BTC adventure!

these ups and downs that we see nowadays will be nothing compared to what we will go through as soon as the block halving pump begins. that's when people will start to go nuts.
